SEEBURGER‘s purchase-to-pay solution gets SAP® seal of approval again

SEEBURGER has again demonstrated their ability to create SAP solutions with the renewed certification of their SAP purchase-to-pay solution. Once again, SAP has given their seal of approval that SEEBURGER’s purchase-to-pay solution can be smoothly integrated into the SAP platform S/4HANA. By certifying its partners‘ products, the German Walldorf-based software house ensures that they operate to their own high quality standards, making them a worthwhile, cost-efficient investment. The renewed certification of SEEBURGER’s purchase-to-pay solution confirms that SEEBURGER has the necessary experience, resources and knowledge to create SAP applications for the B2B arena.

‟This renewed certification – as well as the SAP Fiori capability – gives our customers great confidence in their investment, as the majority of our SAP clients will need to migrate to SAP S/4HANA in the nexr 5 years.”, says Rolf Holicki, Director of the SAP and Web Applications Business Unit at SEEBURGER AG.

Purchase-to-pay processes with SEEBURGER add-ons for smooth process integration into SAP

The SEEBURGER purchase-to-pay solution is fully integrated into your SAP system to enable an end-to-end,  automated and optimised digital process. It simplifies both processes and the workflow as a whole, from placing an order to making a payment. Purchase requests and orders, alongside their invoices, are received through various channels, processed and their content checked against the order data, supplier data and goods received within your own SEEBURGER SAP-workflow.

The SAP certification awarded to the purchase-to-pay add-ons developed by SEEBURGER demonstrate that they are stable, can be smoothly integrated with SAP, and are therefore a safe investment.  Consistent data and end-to-end processes make it easier to work across teams, departments and global locations, all the while improving quality and reducing costs.

  • Take a look at our post on the five most important key figures in purchase-to-pay to discover how automating your purchase-to-pay process increases efficiency in bookkeeping for incoming invoices while also reducing costs.

The advantages of an automated purchase-to-pay process include:

  • higher data accuracy
  • higher transparency
  • higher productivity
  • lower admin costs
  • more accurate cash flow planning
  • lower rate of errors

The industry specialists at SEEBURGER have intensive knowledge of the processes they cover. This ensures that users at the front end receive the right information at the right time for the right point in the process. Implementation is fast via standard SAP interfaces.

SEEBURGER’s recertification through SAP demonstrates that SEEBURGER’s SAP portfolio is professionally driving the digital transformation of internal and external business processes. SEEBURGER passed with flying colours, successfully meeting the criteria in all examination areas.

With several thousand successful integration projects in clients‘ SAP environments under our belt, SEEBURGER has a long history of both front-end and back-end integration.
